Levels:
Pick
Up: Customer picks up the food from us in disposable
and/or non-disposable platters and bowls. Customer pays deposit on
non-disposables.
No Charge
Delivery: New Hampshire St. Bistro
delivers product to customer and exits. Customer pays deposit on
non-disposable service wares and is responsible for their return.
New Hampshire St. Bistro
will pick up service wares at a-pre-determined time for a $10.00 fee.
No
Charge for in town deliveries over $50. (Additional Trips are $10/trip.)
Gratuity appreciated.
Unassisted Buffet
Service: New Hampshire St. Bistro will setup a buffet, leaving all necessary chafers,
dinner ware, linens, plates, cups, napkins, serving utensils, etc.
We will then exit and return at a pre-determined time to pick-up belongings.
Clean-up of space is responsibility of customer. Rentals and disposables
not included.
$25.00. Gratuity not included.
Assisted Buffet Service: New Hampshire St. Bistro
will setup buffet, serve, clean space, and remove garbage.
$25.00/server
or chef/hour, $50 minimum. Gratuity not Included.
Sit-Down Table Service: New Hampshire St. Bistro
will serve guests at table, clean space and remove garbage.

Order Notice
Most
orders can be accepted with 24-48 hours notice, some orders may
require up to 5-7 days notice.
Delivery
No
charge in town for orders over $50. $50 minimum to deliver. Out
of town fee is $50 + 39¢/mile.
Billing
50%
Deposit required on all orders over $50. Remainder due upon receipt.
72 hour cancellation
notice required
for full deposit return. Companies approved for credit terms will be
charged a 7%
administrative fee
and 20% gratuity to servers. Delivery orders will be charged a $10
gratuity.
Gratuities
Gratuities
are not built into our pricing, so they are certainly welcomed (and
depended on) by our staff. 10% to 20%, depending on level of service,
is the industry standard for functions requiring service and 5% to
10% is standard for deliveries not requiring further service.

chef who will be happy to adapt to your needs.
